I place an order on Paytm app on 13th August 2017 of iKall Tablet of Rs.5749 and paid through online. I read various negative review of the same product so I decided to cancel the order and I cancel the order on the same day, i.e., 13th August 2017. The seller did not ship the. There is a policy in Paytm if I cancel the order before the item is being shipped then I would get my money back immediately. But I did not receive my money and neither I got any response from Paytm. I tried to contact Paytm by calling their customer support helpline number but unable to speak to the customer executive as they put me on hold everytime. I also write them regarding the same subject but they dispose my complain without giving any response. I request you to help me in this regard!
