Complaint regarding refund from PayTM for damaged product

I have purchased “Sg Musical Tabla Set” from PayTM on “ORDER NO. 1142736507” on 03/08/2015. A badly damaged product was delivered on 11/08/2015. In it, the steel part is physically broken and the wooden stuff is affected badly by termite. So I want to return this badly damaged product and get my money refunded.

Overall it has been 4 month and I have communicated with PayTM for 25 mails in series. Every time PayTM tells me to keep the product packed and ready. For three months, it is packed and ready, USELESS for me.

I want this product to be picked up by PayTM and my money refunded to my account within a week.
