Complaint regarding refund from PayTM Mall

I its my mistake to buy HP laptop by paytmmall in temptation of lowest price. My order made paytm on dt 9th Oct 17 that was delivered me on 13th Oct 17. On same day I found the the received laptop is defective. On same day I have initiated return for replacement/refund. The defective laptop was picked-up on 18th October 17 and paytm give me confirmation that my refund Rs.19010 amount after deduction of cashback will be credited in my account. based on information i have bought another laptop on my need. But non-receipt of refund amount till 20th Oct 17, I have wrote many mail to paytm care but didn’t get any response.
Yesterday, I shocked by getting many SMS for dispatch and delivery of replacement laptop in spite of my many request for refund. Now the replacement of product is not acceptable after such long time.

I requesting to kindly help to get hard earned money back.
