Sir, I was trying to do a recharge of Rs.125/- through online on 25.12.2016 through phonepe android app. They have deducted the money from my bank account. But the recharge failed. After that I got a message from them saying that money will be refunded within 1hour. After 201 days didn’t got my money. I have contacted their costumer service several times. But no good results. I have their transaction I’d &my bank account statement till now. Please take immediate action against this malpractice.
