Dear sir, i had tried a payment for an order 9640-2464-448 at through PayUmoney gateway on June 2, 2016 but it got failed and my money was deducted. So i tried for another time to confirm my order and it was successful. Money that was deducted during failure payment hasn’t been refunded yet. I made a complaint regarding the same at support[@] and they asked for a statement copy of my bank account where the money was debited. I sent an attachment regarding the same and they replied with a ticket no. 303132 saying that they have forwarded my request to their financial dept. Even two days after the last response they haven’t sent any further notification. Also, they haven’t send any notification regarding my confirmed product. Please help me get my money back and the confirmed product.
