Complaint regarding refund from

I had order for the Microsoft Lumia 435 mobile (Partial payment done by Credit card) through Quikr with the Exchange of my mobile phone LG Optimus (E615). Since my mobile phone was old they Quoted less price, hence I cancelled the Order.

While still I have not received the refund (Rs. 2120) from the Quikr and it has been more than one month. Please find the Order details given below.

Sub Order ID: 264590

Every time when I call the Quikr (Quikrx) for status updated they give the reason that it will be refunded in the next week.

I have attached the screen shot of the Credit card statement and Orders details in the Quikr

Please do the needful.
