Hello! On October 21st i have done bus booking from red bus application. I’ve done online payment for this from BHIM application. The transaction was successful and the amount of Rs.1129 was debited from my account (transaction id 729421399649). But the ticket was not booked. Then i registered a complaint for refund on red bus multiple times but even after 12-14 hrs of registering complaint there is no response from them not even a single message.I called the main office of the bus for which I booked a ticket i came to know that there is no seat booked on my name. ive also checked my balance several times but I didn’t get any refund .So i kindly request you to look into the matter and please help me solve this problem and get me refund and I want to register a complaint against red bus for their worst customer support ,actually there is no support. i am attaching photo of the transaction .kindly revert !!
