Complaint regarding refund from RedBus

I book ticket from … N few days letter i got call from bus operation that my bus is get cancelled..I said them to comvey the same to Yatra person they refused and told me to say to yatra… So i m help less i told same to yatra custome care over mail,help line number over twitter but to say status that is get cancelled or not and when will i get refund update they said me to wait fir 48 hrs..

As my 5.5k stucked into booking i didnt see any solution..So I don’t have option other than waiting and hear what they have said…
But after repetitive customer care calls and post they are not able to resolve my complaints within 48 hrs so I request you to please look into this as it cost ne more 5k to buy new booking due to their delay in solution ..
