Complaint regarding refund from Redbus

I have booked two tickets in Vignesh TATranscars through Redbus site. Due to some reasons I have cancelled my both the forward and return tickets (I got the conformation mail also). However out of two transactions I have received one way refund charge only. In spite of multiple complaints registered through Redbus customer care still the refund has been not done. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
