I had ordered a Jiofi instead of Jio phone by mistake through online shopping on Jio app for the amount of Rs 1098, so I cancelled the order. According to Jio customer care that Jio have refunded the whole amount but still not reflecting in my bank account. I contacted many times to both Jio customer service and Andhra bank help desk but issue is not resolved still now. Main transaction date for online purchasing is 30/12/2017 from the account no 146510100042216. Jio customer care provided me acknowledgement reciept no for refunding transaction ie LRJM59265628711 and transaction date 02/02/2018.
