On 15th of August 2015, I made an online purchase for Rupees: 1287.00 from Sareeka.com (Item : ‘Hot Pink Georgette Casual Saree, Item Code : 17578).

After confirming the purchase, days later (9th September 2015), I was informed through e-mail that the item cannot be delivered as the item is now out-of stock. On demanding a refund, their customer care division has been making a fool of me by saying ‘we will refund you in a week’ at least a dozen times. I have attached a screenshot of their replies from my inbox.

When I complained on their facebook page through a friend of mine, they simply blocked us rather than resolving the issue.

I simply want my refund, but also make sure that this online fraud of a company will not make a fool of anyone else like they did with us.
