Complaint regarding refund from Shein

I placed an order from Shein for 4 items. The quality was very very bad and the clothes were nothing like they were showing on the app. They looked like cheap knock offs so I couriered them (Rs 150) these products returning them because they do not have a pickup service. I was in touch with their support.
They refunded me the money for 2 items instead of 4 and said because while complaining I posted pictures of these 2 products only so they got confused even though I wrote and corrected them that I need to return all the items. Then they assured me that I will get my refund.
And then the next day when I tried to open my support in their app, they had blocked me from it. I can’t see our previous conversations now and can’t file a complaint! Order number – PHX13398

    i have ordered few clothes from “shein” and i wanted to exchange my clothes just because it was nt fitting me properly they have send some one from their end to pick up order from me but i have nt got my refund back and they are least bothered to reply on my ticklet

    I orderd a tassel skinny belt and paid online for it. I haven’t got my order but it shows that it has been delivered. I didn’t even got any delivery calls from them and they haven’t refunded my money yet.
