Complaint regarding refund from Shop CJ

I haven’t got refund and replacement for my order of maharaja juicer mixer and grinder from Shoo cj. I made a complaint after receiving damaged product . i returned it and now when i am calling they have diverted my phone number and not responding. They said few days back that my order has been dispatched but i asked the courier service and they denied they didn’t got the product till now. Shop cj is a cheat and i request to help me in getting my 2500 back

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
