Complaint regarding refund from Shopcj

I purchased a super clean easy spin cleaning bucket with 5 refills worth rs1150 on 23 nov 2017 for my sister mxxxxxxxa kxxxxxxa…but she recieved a defective bucket that why she returned on 28 nov 2017…but one year passed till now i dont get my refund…everytime i called they said your details are not in the computer please call after some days.
