I am a regular customer of ShopClues.com and had done a lot of purchases on line. In this 5 th anniversary I very much regret that their service level and TAT (Response time for redressal of customer complaint) has come down considerably.

I placed an Order for a carry Bag with them on 12-01-2017 & made the payment on line. However there was pop up message from them stating that there was payment failure. Hence I did the transaction again. I got 2 SMS from my Banker stating that twice the amount was debited in my account. Hence I took up the issue with Shop clues for Refund of the double payment. They issued ticket No.665801. I called them again on 13-01-17. The Help Desk told me that they require 48 Hours to redress the complaint. Hence I waited. Since there was no response, even after a week, I called them again on 23rd of this month. This time they told that they require the Bank statement for verification. Hence I collected the Bank statement which clearly showed payment of Rs.375/- twice on 12-01-2017 to Sho Clues. I submitted this original statement as an attachment to them. Then I called them on 24th. They told they have not received my mail. Hence I had to
re-submit the mail again. This time they told that the attachment is in pdf format and hence has to be converted into image form and told me to do so. Hence I converted the pdf statment into image (jpg) and submitted again. This time they told they could open the statement. They said they would submit it to the concerned Department. They were not in a position when could the refund be effected. Now already 18 days are over and there is no response or feedback from them regarding the tickets already raised with them. There is also no provision in their site to examine the fate of the tickets or their status. Shopclues officials are not in a position to either inform the status of the tickets nor in a position to refund the money. Now the customer has to run from pillar to post to get back their money.
