I have made a online payment (HDFC Card EMI payment) for puchase of oppo f1s from shopcluse on 21-feb-2017 @10AM and received a message that payment was not received by shopcluse @ 2PM as per normal process i have done 2nd payment (SBI Card) to buy this product and that was sucessful done and received the confirmation from shopcluse also. as it was not available with shopkeeper so i have cancelled the product and received the payment which i have done from SBI card but still i have not received the payment which i have made from HDFC card EMI option till date for which i am talking to shopcluse custmer care from last 1month and 15 days and they are always assuring me to receive the payment back in next 2 days ref no for complaint

still i am waiting for the payment also i have confirmed from hdfc bank and they told that it has sucessfully settled to their account and i have also paid one installment payment to hdfc with service tax and interest amount, i have also spent 200 rs for talking to the customer care as long hold for query racing. i am not receiving any satisfactory reply and payment back to my account i have also provided them required statements from bank and also the message which i have received for deduction of the payment on 21-feb-2017 from my account

kindly help in the matter on urgent i am a salaried person and very tough to manage amount and time for doing this complaints
