Complaint regarding refund from Shopclues

I have purchased a hard coat induction cookware (set of 5) from shopclues.com and after delivery i found that my all order damage so i complaint on shopclues for this concern and send my order back to shopclues after that i put my request for refund my oder that i place from this site company give me the date of 29 march 2017 after this date i call the company for my concern and company give me another date of 3 april 2017 again after this date i call the company again and company give me the 2 working days for my refund company always send me the mail for my refund so again and again company registered my query and respond after that update within 2 working days after one month also i gave my bank account statement 2 or 3 time i have not received my refund from company and am calling many time for my refund. so i requested to you please help me for my refund.
