I have ordered Microsoft Lumia 640 Xl in shopclues on may 30th 2016. it had reached me on june 6 th. i have paid 9628 rupees for it. When i opened the parcel i found it was old one(sealbroken already and closed in such away as new one). So i asked to take return on the say day. After many number of mails and call the took return on june 20 th. The product had reached them on june 24 2016. Still now they did not intiated refund. TheY didnot sent any update regarding this by them self. I have WRITTEN many mail and messages they did not replied for it. Whenever i call them they are asking same question whether i need refund or replace( almost five time) and asking to wait for four day every time, it was already 20 days over. They are charging 3 rupees for 1 minute for phone call. I have spent almost 120 rupees for calling them. i have feeling metal tension because of this and wasting lot of time and money for calling them. It is creating lot of mental tension to me .Please help me. I need refund to my bank account provided to shopclues. I will do shopping in shopclues anymore.

    I wanted to cancel my order today before dispatching but they are not cancelling . The call centre staff is saying that I should refuse it but the amount will be refunded in 22-27 days (5 days to deliver+7 days checking once reach ware house+ 15days to refund money in credit card account). I want to cancel because the information was not correct in the description on the same website for the same model .
