I ordered suntek 32″ led tv from shopclues.com on 22nd of july 2016 which has been delivered on 27th of same month. I raised a replacement request as the product was defective but in return of replacement I started getting calls from their merchant for repair of the product. I called customer support a number of times saying that Why would I repair the product if I just purchased it and it has manufacturing defect but they insested on repairing, owing to which I converted my request to return and asked them for refund which they agreed after n number of calls to their customer but they initiated another order id 98095186 on their own on 31st of Aug 2016 and sent the product to my address again which I refused to accept. After few days repeated complaints I got mail from their end on 22nd of sept that the item has been returned by their courior partner and they’ll be initiating the refund soon but the has not happened as yet though I have been constantly asking them for the same. I purchased the television on emis for which i am paying emi n interest without even buying anything as shopclues.com is not refunding the amount. They don’t even take their customers seriously once their item is sold.

Please do something to save rights of customer I am ready to take legal action against them if required so.

Please let me what should I do.
