Complaint regarding refund from Shopclues

I have ordered a tv on 5th December with order id 105120503.Then I cancelled the order on the same day as my friend informed shopclues products are of worst quality and they have poor customer service. I received the mail from shopclues the next day that refund has been initiated and it will be come into your account within 18th Dec 2016. after 22 nd Dec also I dint receive the money so I called their customer care several times only they raised the ticket numbers and they did nothing. So I mailed to info[@]shopclues.com. some lady called me then and asked for the bank statement and I did.Then she dint reply so I sent her mail again on 27th dec and today on 28th Dec 2016 she called me and said she will send snapshot of the transfer from their side in ten mins.I dint receive anything so I again mailed them and no reply from their side.
