I planned to gift a phone to my dad and after placing the order (Ordere ID 11058966752) he refused, so i had to cancel it the same day. I was wrong to have faith in Snapdeal and hence i had payed them by using my Credit card. The moment i canceled the ordered, i got test message saying refund has been initiated and bla bla. Its been two months and i have not seen a refund transaction in my Credt card. More over, i am paying my Credit card with the EMI price of the order along with intrest and charge as calculated by bank policy.
I cross checked with my bank to found no refund transaction has been credited to my credit card. I wrote to snapdeal many a times but nothing except auto generated mails in reply.
Should i wait till the completion of my last installment that is due next month before i knock the consumer court so that i can claim all the refund as a whole and compensation for mental trauma?
Which court in Mumbai will be best to file my petition and complaint?
