Complaint regarding refund from Snapdeal

Respected Sir, I bought a jbl t26c headset black from snapdeal on 29 march and made the payment through net banking worth rs. 827. But i cancelled my order on 31st march due to certain reasons. Snapdeal team replied me they would refund my money after 10 days but they neither refunded my money nor they contact me and when finally when i call them they are unable to give satisfactory answer. and they charge 1.5rs per minute by which contacted them 10 or 11 times in which i lost my 100 rs. extraa.. they haven’t refunded me. my order id is 12562004863. my reference no. is 22296430
