I have purchased 2 items from Snapdeal.
1. Order date, 7 Apr 2016, Amount 13817, Item Coirfit mattress.
2. Order Date, 17 Apr 2016, Amount 13278, Item Coirfit Mattress.
For both order Id, I have received damage item initially and I placed a replacement order. Due to size issues in replacement orders, I have cancelled orders. Snapdeal has started refund procedure but due to some technical issues, transaction is failed. I am daily taking fiollow up with snapdeal, they only replied that we are working on your request. They are not exactly stating issues neither make refund to my orders. I have provided all bank statement to them. There is almost 3 months from my first order and still I have not received my due payment.
