On 09th of May, 2015 i purchase or order a Havells 400 mm sprint Led Pedestal Fan through online shopping from Snapdeal company. when i collect the product it was damaged conditions. I call and complain about the product to customer care. i return this product to Snapdeal and they collect this product from my resident in 2 or 3 days. And i mailed to company about refund my money and they accept my complain for money refunding. On 15th may i got a call from the company they said your new product (Fan) is ready to delivery. but i refused it… and they said ok…. because i didnt want this product again and i give all the detail to the company about money refund but they only assuring and said within 4 business day your money is refund in your A/C. But no money is refund in my A/C so far.
