I ordered NUMERO UNO shoes.. but they were not fit so i returned them back. I gave my account number to them and i got the mail saying refund process is completed but i didn’t get the refund. Later they said i gave the wrong account number. As snapdeal and freecharge share the same details so when i check my bank account details, the details were found correct.
And for instance let us suppose the account number i provided was wrong.. but other details like account holder details and ifsc were correct.. the account department must have to confirm whether the account number and details are matching or not… its their duty..
And when i asked for the proof which shows i gave wrong account number is also not provided by snapdeal..
Also attaching a image of my bank account details from freecharge because both the sites may have different portal but share the common data. Because i share the details to snapdeal not to freecharge these are automatically filled there because the sites share common data. Then how the can say that i share the wrong account number.
Sir i am a student depends on parents so the money matters to me.. plz help me in getting out of this..
