My 2 orders were cancelled 15 days ago and status on snapdeal indicates refund is complete. I have forwarded
my bank statement but there is no refund. Its so disappointing that such a big company has flaws in their payment gateway systems. i have called them 20 times in past week but no resolution yet. Orders “16499883070” and “16672736289”
