I order a product form snapdeal site of rs 1309 on date 19.12.2016. But order is unsuccessful nd amount is deducted from my bank account.. I did so many time complain in snapdeal.. He said payment is not successful at payment gateway.. I again register my complaint to my bank and payment gateway they replied payment is successful towards snapdeal site. Its more than 5 days.. But i do not know where is my money.
Kindly look into the matter nd refund my money.. If like that happens then how will go for cashless India.
