I ordered a sparx black floater sandals on 23/12/2016. I paid it though my net banking. But i cancelled my order within 5 minutes as i noticed that i have ordered the wrong size. Snapdeal status shows refund was successful, but i haven’t received any money in my bank or in any other wallet. I was calling to customer care daily, but they are always telling that i will receive my money within 2 days. And today is 06/01/2017. I can’t be patient for nearly 13 days. I have also shared my transaction details to snapdeal on 02/01/2017. I have done everything i could, this is my final try. So please refund my money. (order id: 17464343255)
