I purchased Patiala salwar 2setsfrom snapdeal, while delivering the product itself he has not delivered the size which we have asked for, so i returned both the salwar s and the same was reverse picked on 4th of this month in 7th i received refund for only one and when contacted the customer care they confirmed receiving both the product and within 24hrs my amount will be refunded, but inspite of repeated phone calls made they are asking for 24hrs but still now no action is taken for refund.kindly help me
