For your kind information here I share my experience with snapdeal. On 21/10/2015 I purchased one sony mobile with order number 9394379561, due to some problem I cancelled the order. Payment was made by using Axis bank newly launched LIME App in which your site options are available the amount 17370 was debited from my lime app wallet and after that I call approx hundred times tothier helpline and they respond very rudely no satisfaction. And after few days they initiated the amount and they mailed refund done. But still payment not available in my account or lime wallet. And no number is given to me by which I can track my order. So please respectfully you are requested to take prior action on it.
