Complaint regarding refund from Snapdeal

Complaint regarding pick up and refund from snapdeal Value: 1143+1153. I had placed a refund request dated on 15 march 2018 Ticket id -46389300 to which tll date I am not notified no one came for picking up the delivered product till now. I had placed 2nd order using debit card payment option on 17 march but no response till now delivery date is getting extend day by day.
