Complaint regarding refund from Snapdeal

Refund issue. I have ordered a product on snapdeal on 20th July 2018. But due to some unavoidable reason I had to cancelled the product on 22th July 2018. I was assured that my refund amount will be reimbursed within 10 days,but it has not yet reflected on my account. Moreover, I have not been able to reach the Snapdeal executives and doesn’t get any valid reply from Snapdeal.
