This is with reference to an online purchase which I have made from Snapdeal. As per snapdeal respresentative’s advise inorder to cancel the product which was already in transit, the product was not accepted from the courier party by me. Since November I’am chasing with snadeal for the refund, however they are giving lame excuses saying that they are working with the vendor on this. Also I’am just loosing my currency calling them and when they place on hold for more than one hour. I’am really frustrated with their customer service. So I kindly request you to take the right action against them and help me in getting my cash back.
