I have placed order on 01 April 2016. after few hours on same day I have cancelled the order. I have made the payment through MasterCard but the refunded amount is not credited in my account. I have further enquiries with snapdeal customer executive. They have said refunded amount is credited on 01 April 2016.But there is no refund initiated
I have suffer hassle calling on snapdeal .but no genuine response from snapdeal. Every time they waste my time & money also. They also give me transaction number. But I confirm with my bank, no transaction from the ID they gave me. I have share my bank details with you in PDF.
