I m writing this complaint regarding the refund which snapdeal has not done yet. they assured me refund will be done to freecharge account within 4 days once order is returned. The order which was delivered to me was of 13th january 2015 and i had cancelled it that time and still they delivered me on feb 8 2016 after an year, a cancelled 1 year old order. My mom accepted as she was unaware and paid the order amount but when i got to know about it i called up immediately and requestd for return and refund ..They assured me it will be resolved asap..

Now they had picked up the order on 27th feb 2016 from my house and i have receipt of that too but still my refund is not given as per they assured. i had called them several times they just keep saying u will get refund in 1 day or in 2 days ..its been almost 2 weeks still no refund.

Hope my issue will be resolved asap.
