Purchased 7 latest collection t shirt from grovey on 06 th May from Snap Deal Tv shop through phone call . The product was of worth Rs 1350 including shipping charge. Once we receive the product we saw that the quality was not good as claimed in the advertisement. So we returned the product and the person from snap deal came and took the product back. The company received the product on 15 th May and as per their policy we are supposed to receive our money back in our account within 7 days. But till now we have not received our money back. I have at least called 20 -30 times in their call center and they tell me every time that next week I will get my refund. Today also I called up and they tell me that next week I get my refund. Last week I called up and they told me, this is the last time you are calling by 15 th June you will get your refund. So actully they are playing with us and I have spent almoat 200-300 rs for calling them. Now it has crossed the limit and I have lost my patience now. Please help me out in this situation . These companies are playing with the customer money and they should be severely punished for this. I want not only my money but I should be conmpensated for the money I spent for following up with them and for the time I had to waste. The order details are as follows Invoice number-S2ED7B/16-17/173 Invoice date-06 th May 2016 The product was bought through SNAPDEAL.Invoice value-1400. The product was returned on 12 th May. Return order number 16480703104.please punish the company and help us.
