I am member of snapfitness gym janakpuri,new delhi center having Member id 8412059. It may be noted that now janakpuri gym center is closed for indefinite time period with reason given to consumers as faulty AC repairs which was communicated via SMS but it seems actual reason being pending legal matters between snapfitness team and landlord for its janakpuri center.
As matter of fact, I have paid advance yearly club membership fees of 11,000rs but in present scenario snapfitness is not able to provide me with gym services at all in my locality and there is no timeline when they will open again in janakpuri. I am failing to understand why we innocent consumers should suffer in their issues with landlord.
Please help me in getting refund of membership fees along with interest. Also i have already lodged complaint with dept of consumer affairs via docket number: 217543 and as per the requirement of consumer court already official 10 day notice period has given to them for money refund but till date they have not refunded single penny.
This whole experience has given a very bad impression and negative image to brand “snapfitness” which is considered as one best professional and trustworthy gym/fitness centers in india.
