I took connection of tikona on 18 jan 2016, and paid an amount of 3040, on feb 22nd I applied for address change, but tikona was unable to provide services on relocated area, as per tikona engineers instructions I applied for disconnection on same day. On 27th Feb 2016 Tikona engineer pcked the modem.
As I talked to tikona customer care, executive told me the reimbursable amount is 1450/- and you will mail and amount from tikona within 10 days, but its about a month passed, I contacted several times the tikona care but problem is still not resolved. In tikona’s first mail on 11 march 2016, they told that i’m liable to pay Rs. 1500/- as penalty as I failed to surrender the modem even after several intimation from our end. as I requested them again telephony and by mail, they mailed today that payable amount is zero but not mentioned any reimbursement.
Tikona is harassing me and wasting my valuable time for contacting them again and again. I want reimbursement of the amount i paid extra. please look into the matter and help me out.
