I had purchased a saree from vandvshop.com Order ID: 13321 Date Ordered: 27/06/2015 of amount Rs.1499/-then I had received that product on 6th July 2015 on the same day I had mailed them that I got upset with the quality of the product and want to return it. They replied “If you don’t like the product then you have to return it on our address and send me tracking number and courier name. Then I had sent product through courier. Courier Service:- DTDC Track number :- Z59245976 Courier Charges:-Rs.220/- After that they asked me about replacement but I denied and request them to refund money back to my account. Then they replied that according to their policy they can refund only 85% of total amount means Rs.1350/-. Then they asked me about my bank account number, and then I had shared my bank account number with them. They had shared a mail regarding refund amount initiated by bank but till now I am not getting my amount. I had also shared my bank statement with them but now they are not replying. Below is refund initiated mail which they had shared with me.
