Complaint regarding refund from Varun Motors

I have paid Rs 11000/- to Varun Motors Rajajinagar, on 02/01/2017 as initial booking payment for Maruti Baleno (Zeta) car. Initially Mr Sxxxxxxxt Relationship Manager sent me the price list on 28/12/2016 and Mr Kxxxxxv relationship Manager contacted and assured me to deliver the vehicle within 15 days. Subsequently I booked the vehicle by paying Rs 11000 through NEFT from my Corporation Bank Ranebennur.

On 4/01/2017 I got a welcome mail from Nexa Quality Manager stating all details of the vehicle and disclaiming “any verbal commitments given at the time of booking will be invalid and only written commitment according to the BCR will be considered”. The mail further said that expected delivery date is in June 2017. Mr. Kxxxxxv in our various telephonic conversation said that the vehicle will be delivered by 20th January 2017. On 18/01/17 Kxxxxxxv G said the vehicle booked by me is damaged while consignment was in transport and he will deliver the vehicle when immediate next consignment arrives. Which was hard to believe.

As I have not found any reliability in Mr Kxxxxv G and Nexa Rajajinagar I sent a request to cancel my booking and refund the amount paid on 30/01/2017 through my e mail. Subsequently I followed up with Kxxxxxxv but all in vain.

Later I forgot the matter in my routine work.

My second mail to refund the amount was on 03/10/2017 after my telephonic talk with one by name Rxxj where I sent a scanned copy of cancelled cheque leaf of my SBI a/c Tarikere.

Mr Rxxxj also gave false assurances of refunding the amount within a week time and every time took excuses siting accounting and technical reasons for not making refund.

I wrote 3rd time through mail when after 38 days Mr Rxxj found the scanned copy which was sent on 03/10/17 is not visible (which was fully visible). I sent a mail on 18/11/2017 attaching scanned copy of cancelled cheque leaf, aadhar card and one more request letter to.

Same copies are sent to Mr Rxxxj’s WhatsApp number also. Now also Mr Rxxxj says he will settle the issue within 3 days.
