Complaint regarding refund from Videocon D2H

Sir, I was a customer of videocon d2h. I recharged with 25120 for 5 years for the package selected by me. But from June-July they remove regional packages from base package and asking again to pay to view those channels. I complained them that either you add those regional package to base package or I want to discontinue videocon d2h and refund my remaining balance. On 7th of July one of their executive call me and told me They can’t add those regional package so if you want they will refund the remaining amount by cheque within 10-12 working days. I told them to refund the money. I received confirmation email on 10th July they are processing for refund and it will take 10-12 working days to complete the process. I followed them every two or three day by sending email, calling to nodal officer. But in vain. Still I haven’t received the refund amount of Rs 23399. So please take strong action on them as I can get the refund amount as soon as possible. Wating reply from you

    Hi Had recharged for RS 275 on videocon d2h services. I was able to view few sport channels for few days however those channels were removed without my notification. When I called the customer care they say we need to pay more and then they will activate the channels. While recharging they mentioned that this packs are available in the recharge. After recharging they disconnect the channels and demand money. In case we argue they disconnect the call.
