I placed an order with voonik, an online shopping site on 8th Aug 2016. The order no. was R324844001. there were 2 products in it. One product was delivered but the other item which was black and white checkered front buttoned round neck long top was scheduled for delivery on 17th Aug. After I did not get any information about the product till 22nd Aug, I called customer care and asked the status. Then I was told the product got cancelled due tosome technical issues and i will get the refund in next 3 working days. They assured me that they will send me a form on my email id for my preference of refund directly in my bank account or in form of voonik credits. Then I never got any form or any update for another week or so. Again I called them saying please refund in form of voonik credits if that is more convenient to do. Again same assurance from them saying we are sorry but your product was dispatched but could not be delivered due to address problem. Now it is returned and will reach our warehouse and after a quality check we will refund the amount. My question here is how it requires a quality check if I never received it. I never got email regarding dispatch of the product. The story told by them this time was entirely different thwn last time. I also filed complaint in their customer care online support with ticket number 1981752. That is completely useless service. They use same excuses every time without any knowledge of the case. Even after I warned them to take some legal action, they have no effect. Its been more than one month but there is no news of any warehouse quality check or any refund. Please take careof this case and do the needful. I shall be very thankful. Just let me know if you need any proofs regarding order or online complaint chats. Thank you.
