I have ordered a product from yepme and cancelled it and asked for the refund. They sent a mail on 1st Dec, 2016 that amount would be refunded to the account within 10-14 days. its almost 2 months and they are least bothered and affected by the problem which I am facing for continuous follow ups for my own money. The reasons which they are giving is gateway problem from last 2 months which is still not resolved and every time I call they ask me to wait for 48-72 hrs. I really want you to look into this matter as they are not going to do anything with my refund.
