YEPME CANCELLED MY ORDER WORTH Rs. 1004 IN JULY. SInce then i am following up every week. They havent refunded my amount yet. Everytime i approach, they copy paste same msg “Your request is forwarded to concerned dept”
They committed 8-10 days but it has been 4 months. They dont value customers and they have no ethics. 4 months to refund an order that THEY THEMSELVES cancelled even after such followup. Please refer attached conversation on Facebook.
