I had taken YOU Broadband internet connection for my house from YOU BROADBAND Surat. I had done full advance payment for 14 plus two months complimentary plan. However three months into the plan and i had to do a house shift to new residence within Surat only in the prime area of Surat. I contacted YOU BROADBAND and send official email as well for shifting of connection and even agreed to pay the shifting charges. However it is more than 45 days and even after repeated emails they are not doing any action. their local engineer called me and told me that YOU cannot provide connection to my new address. So i sent email to them that then i should get my refund or they should provide me connection. But no response to my emails, no action and finally i paid extra for a new HATHWAY Connection and that is now connected at my house again i have paid for 6 months advance to HATHWAY as well.
I need my refund as YOU BROADBAND Surat cannot cheat me and not give me my refund. Please advise how do i go about as being a School Principal of a reputed school if i am cheated like this then how will i build trust in my teachers and students about rules and law.
