On 31st Oct-2017 i ordered satin Court Shoe of Size-36,from Zara.com/in. But the size was small, i returned the item after making payment of amt Rs 3180/-. but my returned was rejected by ZARA. i was not refunded of the amount& till date (17th jan-18) i have not received the item back, whenver i contacted ZARA toll free, i was replied “your item will be shipped within 7 days”. i has been more than a month now. since they are not accepting my returned,& refused to refund the amount, they are suppose to send back the item to me. even after repeated complaints, ZARA INDIA could not solve my problem
