Complaint regarding refund from zookr.in

I shop from zookr.in a mi power bank. I ordered 18 March from zookr.in a mi power bank rupees 599 and received this order from 22 March on my house address Lucknow, but I return this order 28 March by myself courier to zookr.in return address, because they gave me a fake item, and I mailed many times to zookr.in but they didn’t reply to me, so I am here, I want my money back.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
