I ordered a Led tv from snapdeal.com . The tv had defect so I requested for replacement. I got a mail saying I’ll have to return the product and pay for the courier charges and they will refund me the courier charges and replace the product. I followed the suggested process and after receiving the product the seller refunded the cost of the tv cause they did not have same product in stock . The courier charges are still not refunded even after raising multiple complaints on their help section. Now they are not even replying to my complaints. Please help me redeem my money.
