I have paid my electricity bill for my provider CESC twice as the first payment said it was successful from Paytm’s end but my provider didn’t receive it. But still money got deducted and has not been refunded. My electricity provider has confirmed the recepit of the second payment which i made on 5/1/17. I made the first transaction on 2/1/17. Order id 2512358126. Amount ?1,360. I have written numerous mails to Paytm but they jave not given any positive response. They take their customers for granted. I would request the concerned person to solve this issue. Creating inconvenience for customers shouldn’t be the moto of a company.
