I purchased a refurbished mobile from Shopclues on June 20th after consulting with their representative about what exactly mean by refurbished product. They said, it will be a new product returned by any customer within the return ETA because of any minor issues and is fixed and 100% quality check done. However, what I got is a completely damaged product having both hardware and software damages. I reported this to shopclues on the same day itself and filed a return(30th june). After several intermediate contacts, only from my end, they send a mail to prepare it for pickup. But now they says the product is of required quality and indirectly says it cannot be returned. Completely like robbing money from me and denying a return. Now shopclues says i need to contact seller directly..
